  • Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Welder on 1st & 2nd shift, with pay starting at $25/hr! This is a Direct Hire Opportunity.

    • Shifts - 1st shift (7am - 3:30 pm) & 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm)

    • Pay - $25 to $30 per hour

    As a Welder, you will responsible for performing various types of TIG welding on thin gauge aluminum, stainless steel, and Inconel based on specifications of the blueprints and or/drawings .

    Welding responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements

    • Collaborate with Engineering on program development and new methods for product improvement.

    • Inspect welds for compliance and adjust as necessary.

    • Blend, grind, or polish welds

    • Use precision tools for measuring and ensuring dimensional accuracy.

    Qualified candidates must have:

    • Minimum 2 years welding experience with ability to pass welding tests for aircraft welding certifications (Aerospace experience a plus)

    • Strong mathematical skills

    • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Meet required ITAR regulations for the role

    Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
