Warehouse Team Lead - 1st Shift

Your Role

?You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Tuesday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $20.00 per hour.?

Your Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to improve operations??and processes

• Operate material handling equipment?

• Leada team of Warehouse Associates

• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, andsafe

• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operationand use of all warehouse equipment?

• Implement processes to ensure the safety of allpersonnel, equipment, and property

• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program

• Ensurecurrent, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked andshipped?

• Followhealth and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations??

• Be available to work overtime and weekends??

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent?

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment?

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role?

• Forklift operating experience preferred

• Basic technical and math skills?

• Must be a U.S. citizen
