  • Exciting direct hire opportunity! Adecco is assisting a top vacation Resort client in Massanutten, VA in a search for Vacation Sales Representatives.

    Role Overview:

    As a Vacation Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of showcasing vacation ownership products to potential customers in a compelling and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities include conducting guided tours of the resort, presenting our offerings, and driving sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct engaging and informative tours of the resort with potential customers.

    • Highlight the benefits of vacation ownership and the array of amenities available.

    • Present and sell vacation ownership products and services.

    • Safely transport customers around the resort and provide on-foot tours of model units and amenities.

    • Address and resolve any concerns or inquiries from customers during the sales process.

    • Gather information from potential customers to understand their travel preferences and needs.

    • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    • Participate in sales meetings and educational sessions to stay informed about product developments and prepare for tours effectively.

    • Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.

    • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Valid state Driver's License.

    • Proficiency in basic loan calculations and equations.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and negotiate win-win solutions.

    • Professional, reliable, and motivated demeanor.

    • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude.

    • Previous experience in timeshare sales or a similar field is desired but not required.

    • Familiarity with reading and analyzing contract documentation.

    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

    • Proficiency in handling customer questions and concerns professionally.
