Responsibilities

• Ability to notify machine operators or supervisor of production problems

• Prepare and inspect grinding and industrial equipment for safety & operational readiness prior to start. Locate and load supplies as needed.

• Start and maintain production on all grinding room equipment. Must be able to monitor scales for batch accuracy.

• Add ingredients into the industrial mixing kettle in a specified order (cannot deviate). Check baskets and magnets for foreign materials.

• Perform quality checks as scheduled including color, viscosity, texture and basket and magnet and metal checks.

• Monitor and maintain cream levels to ensure an uninterrupted flow of production on the mold lines. Record and submit daily data to management and quality control as needed. Travel between Hot Room and Peanut Room to transport peanut drums. Aid line techs and line operators with cleaning as needed.
