    Insight Global is looking for a Technical Support Representative. This role will require you to provide technical support to an enterprise customer. You will be responsible for working through tickets, troubleshooting layer 1 and 2 network issues, and escalating any related issues that you are not able to resolve. This position requires that you have great customer service, can handle a fast-paced environment, and are willing to learn. This role is fully onsite in Melbourne, FL and requires you have the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

    Skills and Requirements

    5+ years of experience in a technical support role (help desk, service desk, NOC Tech, etc.)

    Inbound and outbound calls/emails experience

    Great customer service

    Experience working with any ticketing system

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Ability to obtain a Public Trust

    Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift as needed Telecommunications experience

    Willing to learn or experience with TDM

    Network troubleshooting experience null
