Tech Transfer Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Tech Transfer Specialist to support the operation of a Lentivirus Manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for attending meetings and providing input on tech transfers and any gaps seen from the research side into GMP manufacturing, assisting with process improvement, and updating GMP documents such as batch records, work instructions, SOPs, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the lab as well as tech transfer within a cGMP environment and be comfortable going into a clean room environment to observe and gather data.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably cell & gene therapy

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry

• MSAT and/or Process Devlopment experience

• Experience writing protocols/batch records

• Strong working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's)

• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills - Experience with Lentivirus manufacturing

• Trackwise experience null
