    Micron is seeking a Structural Engineer with a proven track record of expertise and experience to join our world-class team in Boise, ID, USA.     Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership and drive success of the structural design and construction elements of major projects.

    • Ensure designs are safe and cost-effective.

    • Review design drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations for accuracy and completeness.

    • Validate construction RFI responses, shop drawings, and construction models.

    • Inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with established drawings, specifications, and schedules.

    • Develop cost estimates and construction schedules for structural portions of projects.

    • Develop criteria and performance specifications to meet unique operating requirements.

    • Ensure compliance with Micron standards, codes, regulations, and industry recommended approaches.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Structural Engineering or higher.

    • A minimum of 3- 5 years of related working experience

    • Experience with major high-tech construction projects.

    • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.

    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.

    • Problem-solving skills across diverse teams and cultures.

    • Ability to multitask and meet complex deadlines.

    • Commit to continuous improvement.

    • Exceptional customer focus.

    • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
