    The Sr Director Manufacturing will be responsible for the strategy, leadership, and oversight of manufacturing operations. This role involves driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

    D uties and Responsibilities of the Position:

    • Develop and implement the strategic vision for manufacturing operations aligned with the overall business objectives.

    • Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

    • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing managers and supervisors.

    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • Optimize resource allocation, including human capital, equipment, and materials.

    • Ensure the efficient use of resources to meet production targets.

    • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.

    • Drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

    • Develop and manage the manufacturing budget.

    • Implement best practices to optimize manufacturing processes.

    • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.

    • Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

    • Implement safety programs and training initiatives.

    • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

    • Participate in the development of new products and processes.

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of manufacturing operations.

    • Analyze data to drive informed decision-making. Performs other duties as needed.

    Required Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

    • 12+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • 7+ years of management experience.

    • Proficient using Microsoft Suite of products.

    • High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
