    About the Role

    As the Sr. Director of Compensation within our Global Total Rewards team at PVH Corp., you will have the opportunity to design and oversee the implementation of compensation programs that support our strategic priorities. You will play a key role in ensuring fairness, objectivity, and market competitiveness in our compensation approach, while also driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. This position presents a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced compensation professional to make a significant impact on our organization.

    You will provide thought leadership and advice on all areas of compensation - including job architecture, market data & benchmarking, compensation design and year end compensation administration. Successful collaboration cross-functionally (with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS and HRBPs) will be vital to the successful execution of core compensation processes. The ideal candidate will design programs with the associate in mind and leverage effective communication skills, technical skills, and an endless desire to create scalable and progressive programs.

    This role designs, delivers, communicates, monitors and/or administers broad-based programs and practices that enable our strategic priorities, and attract and retain talent. This role reports to the Head of Total Rewards and collaborates closely with leaders and partners across functions including HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Legal and Communications.

    Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities

    • Design and oversee implementation of comprehensive compensation programs, including job architecture, market benchmarking, salary planning, and yearend compensation.

    • Ensure pay transparency and pay equity initiatives to promote fairness and objectivity in compensation.

    • Provide thought leadership, guidance, and consultation to business and HR colleagues, promoting Total Rewards philosophy.

    • Develop and coach compensation team members, fostering a career development focus across the team.

    • Align compensation within a larger global rewards framework, with a keen eye on market trends and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    • Maintain the Global PVH Job Architecture, ensuring global alignment and consistency in compensation programs and eligibility.

    • Apply market and internal data insights to guide compensation solutions and outcomes.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A minimum of 8-10 years of compensation experience in a global organization, preferably with experience in global public companies.

    • Experience working in a matrixed environment.

    • Demonstrated track record in effectively implementing compensation planning and programs/reward initiatives.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to work.

    • Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills.

    • Experience with Workday compensation module is a plus.

    • Working knowledge of employment law and practices.

    • Proficiency in compensation strategy and design.

    • Excellent process, planning, and organizational skills.

    Education

    BA/BS in a relevant field (such as business, HR, Statistics, Finance), or equivalent experience preferred.

    Skills

    • Prioritize, multitask, and lead multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.

    • Work together efficiently to promote decision-making and agreement among important parties.

    • Facilitate the Year End Compensation review process and suggest areas for improvement.

    • Serve as the primary lead for compensation projects, developing roadmaps and providing recommendations.

    • Create and establish standard operating procedures, documentation, and automation.

    • Collaborate closely with key internal teams to effectively address compensation-related matters.

    • Lead diverse project teams across functions with contending priorities.

    The Accomplished Individual Will Possess

    • Outstanding time management skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an exceptional ability to adjust communication to the audience.

    • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Creative problem-solving expertise.

    • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.
