  • What You'll Do

    We're looking for a Sr Data Governance Analyst to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics team! You'll be responsible for implementing and executing the AI Governance program across the enterprise. This will include introducing a consistent set of policies, standards, and practices to enable strategic, ethical, and responsible development, deployment, and use of artificial intelligence, data and analytics all while articulating the value of AI governance.

    You'll have the opportunity to:

    • Maintain analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) policies and standards

    • Establish analytics and AI governance roles and responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain training materials and playbooks for the enterprise and individuals in analytics roles.

    • Produce and maintain documentation and artifacts

    • Empower and facilitate governance teams in alignment with the enterprise framework

    • Ensure coordination and consistency across for analytics roles through coaching, training, etc.

    • Drive Analytics/AI governance activities by working with SME's, data analysts, and data scientists

    • Work with cross-functional areas, IT, Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Data Scientists, Data Governance, Data Owners and Data Analysts to research and resolve issues

    • Provide oversight of policies and standards to measure compliance and maturity across the enterprise

    • Find opportunities or problems with analytics/AI usage and collaborate with others to resolve issues

    • Partner with business and technology to identify and implement enterprise analytics/AI governance initiatives

    • Follow all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained

    Who You Are

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    • 2+ years of professional experience including risk management, machine learning/predictive modeling, and/or IT

    • Knowledge of AI, data and analytics governance, risk management, data quality, and master data management concepts

    • Skilled in collaborating with a variety of partners, including outside consultants and vendors, with ability to influence others without formal authority

    • Strong skills in communicating with ability to present to all leadership and easily translate complex topics for others to understand

    Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

    • Masters degree in quantitative discipline

    • Quantitative modeling experience

    • Structured Query Language (SQL) and deep technical capability

    • Knowledge of metadata management concepts and processes and good understanding of database and data structures

    • Ability to learn new systems and integration patterns, including cloud platforms

    • Experience with Data Governance and/or Analytics Governance tools

    Salary Range Information

    Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

    Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

    $95200 - $152000 / year

    Time Off Program

    Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

    Work Environments

    This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
