    Overview

    The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for administering and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures for the Market Center. This role is essential in ensuring that Aramark is providing consistent customer service and performance on behalf of both Aramark's external and internal customers. The QA Supervisor will have responsibility for small team of QA Inspectors and technicians and supports Market Center operations.

    Responsibilities/Essential Functions

    • Document Control

    • Environmental Monitoring

    • Enforcing Standard Operating Procedures

    • Participate in investigations

    • Lead a small QA team

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Familiarity with ISO 9001

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Strong work ethic

    • Attention to detail

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.

    • Interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    Experience

    • 1+ Years in Cleanroom Manufacturing preferred.

    • Pharmaceutical or biotech industries experience a plus

    Education

    • High School Diploma

    • BS degree preferred
