Senior Project Manager

Job Description

A large home healthcare company is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join their Revenue Cycle team. The Project Manager will discover, develop, implement, and execute on a project that consists of merging and integrating multiple RCM practice management systems and developing future road maps. They will collaborate closely with the vendor's project manager to enhance the applications capabilities within the company. They will be working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment and utilizing Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, MS Project, Zoom, and Excel.

This position is mainly remote with travel required on an as needed basis (~ two times per quarter) for large meetings.

Compensation

$67/hr to $70/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management with a focus in application development

• Experience managing multiple enterprise projects simultaneously

• Utilized Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, MS Project, Zoom, and Excel; including the ability to transfer information from MS Project to Excel

• Experience with legacy transformations or integrating applications

• Strong ability to drive project execution, tackle obstacles, and collaborate well both internally and externally

• Experience working with muti stakeholders

• Able to travel 2 times a quarter

• Knows what WBS means - Revenue Cycle Management experience

• Experience working in the healthcare industry null
