  • We're looking for an internal communications pro at the Sr Manager level to help drive enterprise communications programming targeting our 14,000+ colleagues globally. You will join a dynamic and high-performing Internal Communications team that thinks strategically and executes at a high level to support our fast-growing company -- where colleagues are passionate about their work and our mission to bring important new medicines to patients in need. Internal Communications is part of the Corporate Affairs organization, which is focused on strengthening Regeneron's reputation by developing strategies and programs that (1) distinguish our science, medicines and patient focus, (2) sustain culture and drive employee engagement, and (3) advance and differentiate our corporate responsibility commitments. This role will report to the Associate Director, Enterprise Communications.

    The role is hybrid 3 days onsite, based at our HQ campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This role is not open to fully remote-based work arrangements.

    A typical day may include:

    • Support the development and execution of integrated company-wide communications programs, including multi-channel campaigns and events that build connection between the company and our global employee audience.

    • Plan and coordinate key internal communications initiatives, demonstrating project management know-how and creative approaches that effectively engage employees in a hybrid working environment.

    • Draft project briefs, key messages and talking points supporting company goals and priorities.

    • Support the email distribution process for major company news and announcements.

    • Develop informative and creative ways to bring our science, values and culture to life through internal communications programming.

    • Partner with select corporate functions to support their enterprise-wide communications planning and execution.

    • Build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization to support collaboration.

    • Work with freelance consultants and agencies.

    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

    • Demonstrated curiosity. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional project management skills.

    • Demonstrated resiliency; able and willing to explore different paths to achieve an outcome.

    • Consistently demonstrates passion to do good work, authenticity, integrity, and a positive attitude.

    To be considered for this position you must possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years relevant experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Experienced in communications planning and execution that support a positive employee experience. Prefer candidates who have internal communications experience within companies based in science or technology. Previous employment in the pharma/biotech industry preferred but not required. Knowledge and understanding of change management principles to help engage employees

    Salary Range (annually)

    $129,800.00 - $211,800.00
