Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to sit in Chester, CT on a hybrid schedule for a large manufacturing engineering client. This person needs to have experience working with AWS cloud hardening setup, monitoring security scans, shortening times for deployments, automating products, and creating CI/CD pipelines. This individual is expected to hold certifications in the AWS cloud as well as have experience in AWS security services. This person will partner heavily with other engineers in the group to help deliver Engineering products to clients in the Emergency Transportation field.

Skills and Requirements

-6+ years experience working with AWS cloud security services and features including IAM (Identity Access Management), WAF (AWS Web Application Firewall), KMS (AWS Key Management Service), and AWS Security Hub

-AWS Certification

-Experience creating and deploying CI/CD pipelines using Terraform

-Experience ensuring AWS infrastructure is industry standard compliant in CIS, NIST, GDPR, ad FEDRAMP

-Experience building and maintaining SaaS applications in the cloud

-Comfortable using GitHub as well as DynamoDB and Lambda

-Experience working in an Agile environment -Experience in a regulated environment

-Past roles have been in the defense industry null
