SCA Fin/Acct Ops Tech
Locations: This is a virtual role, the ideal candidate will be located within 50 miles of one of the following NGS Elevance Health office locations; Indianapolis, IN, Hingham, MA, Harrisburg PA or Syracuse NY.
National Government Services is a proud member of Elevance Health's family of brands. We administer government contracts for Medicare and partner with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to transform federal health programs.
Pay: the pay for this position varies by location, is set by the government, and is non-negotiable .
Indianapolis, IN- $18.38
Hingham, MA- $19.30
Syracuse, NY-$18.38
Harrisburg, PA- $17.47
The SCA Fin/Acct Ops Tech is responsible for performing diverse operational financial and policy activities of a less routine nature. Responsible for maintaining compliance activity, exceptional customer service and data processing and balancing.
How you will make an impact:
Receives, validates and enters information into Finance systems.
Audits documentation for accuracy.
Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Resolves more routine issues or questions.
Reconciles various system outputs and receives and processes special requests.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires HS Diploma; 2-4 years relevant work experience; or any combination of education and experience, which provides an equivalent background.
This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
AA Degree in accounting preferred.
Basic Accounting and General Ledger experience preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $18.38.
