Salesforce System Administrator

Description

• Administer and configure the Salesforce platform to support business processes, workflows, and automation requirements.

• Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including user management, profile and permission set assignments, and data management activities.

• Customize Salesforce features and functionality using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the Salesforce platform.

• Manage integration processes between Salesforce and other third-party applications, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility.

• Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and best practices.

• Provide user support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to ensure effective utilization of the Salesforce platform.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation through the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder are a plus.

• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a technology company or similar industry.

• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration using declarative tools and processes.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is highly desired.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and knowledge of integration tools such as Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica is a plus.

• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or other Salesforce development languages is beneficial but not required.
