Do you have experience assisting with Sales and Purchasing in a customer/supplier status reports? Are you comfortable shipping parts to suppliers for processing as well as to customers as required? Do you have experience following up with suppliers? We are working with an indsutry leading firm looking to hire a Sales-Purchasing Assistant! salary: $22 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Update Customer required reports and software as required.

• Receive al incoming purchased parts which includes processing of al paperwork for inspection department.

• Ship parts to suppliers for processing, such as coating etc. as wel as shipping to customers as required.

• Issue returns paperwork for discrepant parts from suppliers.

• Enter and/or updates the into JobBoss (database) as required and distributes per the companies' Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Follows company policies and procedures. Performs other functions as required
