Sales Manager

Job Description

The Sales Manager at the Brookdale Zanesville facility will be responsible for heading both outside and inside sales efforts. The facility includes 79 assisted living apartments as well as 23 memory care units and is looking for a candidate who is strong in external marketing/sales to drive occupancy. Other general responsibilities include generating/reporting/advancing leads, leading facility tours, and guiding facility leaders in sales strategies. Work hours will vary, and candidates will need to be ok with working evenings and weekends on occasion.

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years of experience in an outside sales role

-Experience with external marketing

-Strong relationship building skills -Strongly preferred someone who has worked within assisted living, memory care, or related field. null
