    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage weekly and monthly plan performance and calculations

    • Be the subject matter expert on commission plans and effectively communicate rationale, strategy and calculations

    • Partner with Finance and commercial leaders to set quotas, communicate strategy, and roll out to plans to the field

    • Coordinate with Sales Ops, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership to identify and implement process improvements

    • Devise, document, socialize policies on quotas, crediting, and related comp items

    • Steer development and progression of comp plan administration process

    • Lead the compensation plan design process

    • Develop strategic relationships with the Business Leaders

    • Provide analytical support and ad-hoc research on various incentive related items

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales performance or compensation roles

    • Ability to manipulate large data sets and conduct scenario analysis and modeling

    • Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, and Xactly/Callidus/Varicent or other industry leading compensation tool

    • Excellent verbal, analytical and communication skills

    • Works independently

    • Enjoys problem solving

    • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and deliver against tight deadlines
