    Job Overview

    As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to your team, ensuring operational excellence, and driving profitable sales. You will oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Dunkin' Brand standards and all applicable laws.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Proficient communication in English (bi-lingual is an asset)

    • Basic math and cash management skills

    • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred

    • At least 18 years of age

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Responsibilities

    Team Environment:

    • Hire, train, and develop employees

    • Communicate job expectations and provide coaching and feedback

    • Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employees' performance

    Operational Excellence:

    • Create and maintain a guest-first culture

    • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines

    • Execute brand standards and systems

    • Implement action plans and drive system improvements

    Profitability:

    • Control costs and execute marketing promotions

    • Lead new product roll-outs and set sales goals
