Regional Sales Manager - Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive the sales of Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment within the specified region. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Teradyne's market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with the global sales team and management to align regional goals with overall corporate objectives.
Market Analysis:
Provide regular updates on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy.
Relationship Management:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and challenges.
Pipeline Management:
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and analysis to management.
Training and Development:
Continuously update product knowledge and provide training to internal teams and customers.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling capital automated test equipment or related technology solutions.
Strong understanding of the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
Master's degree is a plus.
