Responsibilities

• Reduce loss and waste on damaged goods as much as possible and facilitate repairs keeping the costs in line with the estimations.

• Perform investigations within 48 hours of receipt of request based on the information received from the Store Quality Techs.

• Complete all repairs according to the work order/protocol.

• Ensure a smooth pallet flow in the Repair/recovery Area.

• Provide optimum service for the Stores.

• Check all damages ensure all articles which are considered to be salable are packaged as close to the original packaging as possible.

• Create and monitor tracking reports measuring results and productivity.

• Contribute to an environment where culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers.

• Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned.
