Warehouse / Qa inspector Shipping & receiving is the main idea- but really they are doing 10-15 packages a day total. Low volume but high detail. They will be on the computer processing paperwork A big part of it is making sure all parts and orders meet FAA standards and requirements

Visual inspection- just checking for damages - just common-sense 1. Visual inspetion 2. Paperwork- they will learn what is acceptable, 3 to 4 conditions in which a part can come a. Mostly repetitive and straight forward once you know it

They do not need to know anything about this, but it's great if they do. Otherwise they'll be taught there.

They will box and package Doing quality inspection before they package it up. They inspect everything coming from receiving, and shipping out.

Usually one receives, and does quality check and all paperwork. Second person typically does outgoing inspection and shipping- goes over about all of the same things. Needs to be able to do both. Only two people in warehouse so extremely intimite!! About six people in whole company with all managers and owners sitting in office with warehouse

Then Director of Quality checks again.

Computer programs

Using a Salesforce-based program. Use this for all inventory, paperwork, sales orders, everything. Word & Excel - need basic knowledge of this.

MUST HAVE

More of a preference for quality inspector. QA inspector Attention to detail who can learn - who wants to learn. Ability to lift 50lbs.

Prior experience is a plus Quality control experience
