    Your key responsibilities- Manage the receipt of samples as they are logged into Quality Control. - Analyze raw material, in-process, and finished product samples according to established SOP's- Conduct daily Fragrance sensory evaluation sessions per established SOP's- Participate in, and lead daily Flavor sensory evaluation panels per established SOP's. Provide Sensory Support in both preparation and evaluation of ingredients and finished products.- Prioritize / separate samples and organize their testing per established SOP's.- Prepare micro samples for shipment per established SOP's for 3rd party testing. Files all retains at conclusion of sample testing cycle

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills- REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree required preferably within the following disciplines (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Food Science, Food Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry) Experience with GC, GCMS is preferred, with Flavors and/or Fragrance experience. Technically proficient in the following standard chemical procedures and physical measurements (wet chemistry): GC, GCMS, FTIR, HPLC,NMR, pH, acid value, peroxide value, oil content, water content, specific gravity, refractive index, Tg, optical rotation, salt content, solid content, color, ester value and other standard tests. Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel and standard MS office software. LIMS and/or SAP experience preferred.- Physical Requirements: Ability to be on your feet for 50-70% of the day; Able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs; Requires wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
