  • Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an individual with skills in data entry and commercial property management to join our team in the real estate and property industry, located in Providence, Rhode Island. The role involves administering property-based revenue programs, managing retailer relations, and overseeing community-based programs. It is a contract employment opportunity that does not specify duration.

    Responsibilities

    • Administer specialty leasing deals and strategic partnership deals.

    • Serve as the primary on-site contact for business development programs.

    • Ensure merchants adhere to company guidelines and visual standards.

    • Identify appropriate merchant placement based on space inventory and building code requirements.

    • Coordinate merchant opening and closing logistics with operations and security.

    • Work with Tenant Coordination to obtain approved drawings and municipality permits for new kiosks.

    • Monitor and maintain the property's social media account and website.

    • Coordinate installation of barricade graphics and window displays for vacant spaces.

    • Implement portfolio-wide and community programming and events.

    • Use data entry skills to update store listings in mall directories.

    • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate customer credit records, process credit applications, and resolve credit inquiries.

    • Use scanning skills to maintain digital records of all transactions and agreements. Requirements - Proficiency in Data Entry skills and maintaining accurate records.

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for creating and updating spreadsheets and documents.

    • Ability to operate scanning equipment and digitize documents accurately.

    • Experience in Commercial Property Management, with a focus on data management and record keeping.

    • Proficiency in creating, maintaining and updating Spreadsheets with real estate and property data.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to review data for errors and inconsistencies.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.

    • Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving data management processes.

    • Relevant experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry would be advantageous.
