Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team situated in Pearland, Texas. This role primarily involves overseeing the realization of larger organizational goals by coordinating activities between multiple projects, without directly managing them. You will be responsible for managing the main program, focusing on program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the fulfillment of larger organizational goals

• Coordinating activities between multiple projects without directly managing them

• Managing the main program and focusing on program strategy

• Delegating projects effectively to ensure smooth operation

• Implementing program strategies and ensuring their success

• Utilizing skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, and CRM to manage projects

• Utilizing Database and EO/IR systems for project management and coordination

• Leveraging skills in About Time, AB Testing, and Budget Processes for effective project management

• Ensuring the deliverability of projects and utilizing Design skills to enhance project outcomes

• Applying knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in project management and consultation. Requirements - Candidate must possess demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira.

• Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies is required.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work with databases.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is an advantage.

• Proficiency in 'About Time' software is desirable.

• Experience in AB Testing is preferred.

• Understanding of Budget Processes is essential.

• Ability to create and manage deliverables is required.

• Demonstrated skills in Design are desirable.

• Experience with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is advantageous.
