    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

    • 6 to 10 years of experience in project management, business analyst or technical experience and planning.

    • Knowledge of Wholesale Loan product lifecycle, with insight into the associated Credit Risk function.

    • Experience at publishing, updating and communicated project Business Requirements.

    • Experience at summarizing and clearly articulating issues and risks to project team and management.

    • Experience in developing project plans, testing plans and mitigation plans.

    • An understanding of business procedures, financial services, and technical terminology.

    • Clearly understands waterfall and agile practices and principles.

    • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio and SharePoint, Power Point.

    • Previous experience as Agile Couch, SME, Product Owner or Scrum Master.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • PMP certification.

    • Technical background.

    • Previous coding experience.

    • Previous project management experience in the IT area of an Investment Bank.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Learn and internalize initiative drivers and requirements.

    • Lead multiple sub-projects and/or special assignments concurrently within the initiative, using waterfall or agile project methodologies.

    • Coordinate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts. Evaluate project scope and drive project direction and document impacts.

    • Deliver effective communication (written and verbal) to all levels including executive management.

    • Act as a strategic and tactical leader from project conception through implementation.

    • Drive project Business Requirements; includes interviewing business process or products owners, authoring scope, gaining approvals, updating project scope changes.

    • Manage, project dependencies, communicate and author changes to the Business Requirements, which includes all scope increases, decreases or clarifications.

    • Maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project summaries and project documentation.

    • Communicate to executive teams utilizing dashboards, decks and/or material appropriate for senior leadership review and discussions.

    • Review IT design and technical documents to ensure they effectively meet business/operational needs based on business requirements.

    • Track, update, escalate and communicate project issues, risks and gaps, and action items while driving identification of priority and project or program impacts.

    • Develop and execute project plans, conduct follow ups and update project documentation in accordance with established processes.

    • Through all lifecycles of the project serve as the business liaison which includes attending all project meetings, making key project decisions, identifying business owners, escalating business risks and issues, taking responsibility to deliver business tasks.

    • Develop a strategic network across the organization which can be utilized to successfully drive projects.

    • Participate and/or drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partner/3rd party integration testing, friendly-user-testing, pilot testing and production validation.

    • Drive post implementation tasks, archive documents, participate in lessons learned meetings, project rollout and post- implementation product results tracking.
