Project Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Install Coordinator to join our team. The Install Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient installation of construction projects. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of installations

• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Monitor installation progress and address any issues or delays that may arise

• Track inventory and materials required for installations

• Prepare and maintain installation documentation and reports

• Conduct site visits as needed to oversee installations and ensure quality standards are met

• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to optimize installation processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in a coordination or project management role within the construction industry

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

• Knowledge of construction processes and materials

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
