    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Scheduler II to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD .

    Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    • Supporting development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective scheduling management system.

    • Supporting coordination of Maverick TDP timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.

    • Assisting in monitoring project timelines and deadlines, identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating swift intervention.

    • Working with a Technical Project Manager and project team on small-to-moderately TDP projects.

    • The Program Scheduler II is a journeyman experienced in keeping projects on track to meet deadlines to the maximum extent possible.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree and 2 years of position-specific relevant experience (candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit)

    • High School Diploma and 8 years of experience will also be considered

    • 4 years of position-specific relevant experience

    Clearance Requirements

    • Active Secret Clearance

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

    • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
