    CACI is seeking to hire a customer-oriented Program Manager who will be managing multiple projects supporting Command Control Computers communications and Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR).

    What You'll Get to Do:

    • Responsible for management across a program or a program with multiple related projects or a portfolio of projects

    • Planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of program level goals and objectives

    • Ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints

    • Interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel

    • Briefs developed and communicated, will include program plans and forecasts, Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and business cases.

    • Manages acquisition and employment of project resources and manage and control financial, technical, and administrative aspect of the project with respect to contract requirements.

    • This position will provide financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting and decision making and overall delivery of financial commitments.

    • Ensure assigned day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with monthly deadlines and established accounting and contractual policies and procedures.

    • Manage portfolio and individual work plan funding and PoP, including providing inputs to customers on incremental funding needs and notifying of limitation of funds.

    • Duties include subcontractor/consultant financial management such as issuing funding, timesheets, monitoring spend plans, invoice approval, etc.

    • As needed, supporting OCO deployments, SPOT LOAs, APACS, Visas, SOFAs, etc.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • U.S. Citizen

    • Active Secret Clearance

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a Business or Technical Field AND 3 years' experience managing US Department of Defense technical projects.

    • Experience with electronic system technologies, analysis, design, research, development, test and evaluation or logistics support and integration.

    • This role is responsible for managing a small team and communicating with stakeholders to facilitate, coordinate and assist with the day-to-day execution of the project or program.

    • Consult with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

    • Knowledge of the sponsor's organization, mission, and partners.

    • Experience with high visibility projects.

    • Experience with Deltek/Costpoint and Cognos Enterprise Reporting.

    • Knowledge of all Contract types: CPFF, T&M, FFP.

    • Experience working with financial reporting tools.

    $85,800 - $180,200
