Program Manager

Overview

This position is contingent upon award of contract

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified PM to provide Project Management / overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.

Essential Job Duties

• Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.

• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.

• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.

Minimum Requirements

• The Program Manager must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Defense, Military, or Intelligence Community.

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of management and supervisory experience, and three years of program management experience.

• Must have a working knowledge in JCOFA, C3/C4, and MILMOD.

• Must have communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

• Shall have a working knowledge of the Research, Development and Acquisition process within major threat countries.

• Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.

• Current in-scope TS/SCI clearance.
