Production Supervisor

Our client is a global bakery with plants in NJ and NY. Due to growth, seeking Production Supervisor for its plant in NJ. Primary duties include:

• Supervisor, train, and mentor employees on production lines on respective shift

• Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with SOP's and OSHA .

• Work with maintenance, quality and supply chain managers

• Provide reports and KPI's to stakeholders

Position reports to Production Manager.

Ideal candidates for Production Supervisor in NJ will possess the following

• Associates degree. Will consider military experience

• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food production a plus)

• Understanding of GMP and LEAN manufacturing principles

Salary around $70,000/year (All shifts open). 401k, medical/dental/vision, etc. Sign-on bonus.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year
