The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years experience as a Warehouse/Production Manager in a packing house setting. In this role, this candidate will accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Duties also include, Recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, and mentor employees. This is a supervisor/lead role, where you will be managing a team up to 50 employees. Responsibilities

• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.

• Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, and initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

The essential functions of this role include

• standing for 6 hours at one time

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
