    Required Skills:

    Product Marketing Manager, Small Business - Signals Responsibilities:

    1. Drive signals and ads ecosystem product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision.

    2. Identify opportunities and represent the voice of Small Businesses by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis.

    3. Analyze signals product performance, synthesize industry feedback and advocate improvements.

    4. Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy, product documentation.

    5. Partner effectively with Marketing and Communications teams to lead successful product marketing communications around test and launch phases and clearly communicate value propositions of new products to go-to-market teams.

    6. Identify significant long- term strategic opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market.

    7. Perform data and financial analysis and review business plans for strategic insight.

    8. Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the voice of the Small Business internally with Product Management and Engineering.

    9. Help shape the signals and ads ecosystem product roadmap based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the market.

    10. Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning including positioning, communication of value proposition, launch strategy, PR, sales and partner materials.

    11. Partner closely with many cross-functional teams, including Marketing Communications, Sales Leadership, PR, Training and Product Management to drive the execution of product launches and ongoing adoption of key products.

    12. Drive Small Business market requirements into product planning.

    13. Drive Signals product adoption and usage rates by driving post-launch product changes, creating market-facing programs and providing effective product launch support to sales and partners.

    14. Identify compelling industry Signals and ads ecosystems trends and define unmet and emerging customer needs over years based on market trends and customer behavior.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field and 3 years of work experience in a marketing-related field. Experience must include 3 years of experience in the following:

    2. Communicating with technical, business, and external stakeholders

    3. Influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers and teams to drive results

    4. Defining and managing comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning by coordinating many cross-functional teams to drive the execution of product launches and ongoing adoption of key products

    5. Creating go to market strategies for complex/technical-related products

    6. Presenting to technical, business, and external stakeholders

    7. Distilling complex information for unfamiliar audiences

    8. Crafting analysis and opportunity sizing to support channel marketing and sales campaigns and efforts

    9. Navigating ambiguous work environment and leveraging internal and external resources for support.

    Public Compensation:

    $229,124/year to $257,180/year + bonus + equity + benefits
