  • Description

    The Assembly Group will be supporting the assembly of vehicle components. This includes working with CNC equipment, Robotic welders, robots, conveyors, etc.

    The type of work being performed is largely within project management, but will also include them being very hands on within their projects. The will be responsible for leading projects tied to line equipment/process planning, machine/equipment procurement, installation and trials of the equipment. They will be responsible for quality specifications, quality analysis, continuous improvement. The design work will include them designing machines and integrating the tooling/fixture provided by suppliers to their equipment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Must Haves

    1. Bachelors degree in Engineering

    2. 3+ years of experience working within an automotive manufacturing company.

    3. Project Management experience- Managing several projects, vendors, suppliers, etc.

    4. 3D Cad Experience- CATIA, Pro E, Solidworks

    Plus

    1. Toyota engineering experience or Toyota Production System experience.

    2. Carrot 3 Robot Simulation- Path tracking for robotics
