Pharmacist - Meds-to-Beds

We are seeking a NIGHT SHIFT shift Meds-to-Beds Pharmacist to join our Outpatient Transitions of Care team in Meridian.

Schedule: 7 on/7 off, Wednesday-Tuesday, 7:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

What you can expect

• Deliver medications to patients in the ED and OR

• Work with highly skilled nurses, and other medical team members to consult on medications

• Consult with patients

• Supervise and authorize the work of our technicians

• Ensure records on medication therapy, prescriptions, patient charges, and inventory are accurate and up to date

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program

• Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
