Your responsibilities

• Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload

• Research and analysis of prospects

• Assist with legal business development

• Data base management of all relevant documents

Requirements

• Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

• Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Demonstrated knowledge of personal injury lawsuits

• Personal Injury Litigation experience

• General familiarity with Outside Sales

• Personal injury plaintiffs experience

• Personal Injury Law experience desired

• Sales Growth experience highly preferred

• Experience with Personal Injury Law

• Adeptness in Litigation Procedure

• Practical knowledge of sales

• Background working with Sales Presentations

• Personal injury plaintiffs experience

• Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
