    Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and self-motived National Sales Manager to work out of in the Kansas City, MO office. This person will be the owner of the revenue target for the US region for the marketplace business unit, working closely with the Marketplace leadership team and the US go-to-market teams to develop and grow the US market. This candidate will be working on developing and closing opportunity from the existing clients in the US. They will be the sales expert for all products within the marketplace as well as marketplace features on the digital platform. There is limited travel involved in this role, and most customer interaction will happen over digital platforms (zoom, teams, etc). This role is perfect for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales and exceeding business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience selling in a PPE, Safety, or First Aid market. This position is looking to start ASAP.

    Skills and Requirements

    5-7 years of sales experience

    Experience with little guidance and ability to be a self-starter

    Experience Developing and Implementing strategic sales plans

    Experience selling in a warm market to existing customers

    Experience maintaining and growing relationships with customers

    Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer

    satisfaction

    Experience meeting and succeeding sales targets

    Excellent communication skills Experience selling within the PPE, Safety or First Aid market

    Experience working in the e-commerce business

    Experience with direct customer sales to different customer types null
