    You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelez International and the customer.

    How you will contribute

    • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.

    • Execute the strategy for the customer

    • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).

    • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

    More about this role

    • Bachelor's Degree Required

    • Experienced national account sales professional who is motivated and looking to accelerate career in sales/account management

    • 7+ years sales experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods

    • Ability to develop collaborative, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, designed to deliver mutually beneficial business results and best-in-class joint business plans

    • Ability to actively communicate and foster collaborative relationships to enable superior execution of customer business plans across key cross-functional team members (i.e., Sales Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing). This includes developing accurate, timely forecasting and detailed follow-through

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, agile and demanding environment with a positive, tenacious, and resilient attitude

    • Self-motivated, flexible, agile, and not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive stronger performance and elevate the larger team

    • Fluent understanding of P&L

    • Desire and hunger to learn, develop and progress within the business
