    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Business Operations Functional Excellence team based out of Everett, Washington .

    In this role, you will be expected to independently develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. You will also perform studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvements, and special initiatives. You will also create schedules, reports, and metrics; account for change activity; communicate regularly and update plans throughout the program lifecycle or project with leadership and stakeholders. The selected candidate will direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. The candidate will act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

    Lastly you will assist customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support stakeholders.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

    • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

    • Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

    • Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.

    • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

    • Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

    • 3+ years of experience implementing software

    • 3+ years of experience implementing designs within an Agile or equivalent process

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Highly proficient in both Agile and Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling

    • Proficient in MS Office tool suite and Project Management software tools

    • Demonstrated knowledge of project management best practices and processes

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Mid-Level (Level 3):

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Mid-Level (Level 4):

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Relocation:

    Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range (Level 3): $94,000.00 - $101,000.00

    Summary pay range (Level 4): $116,000.00 - $125,000.00
