An automotive manufacturer in Clinton, TN is seeking a Production Supervisor with a background in metal stamping. Qualified candidates will have a knowledge of punch presses, rollforming, metal fabrication and stamping. Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality and conformance of product to customer specifications per control plans utilizing TS16949 & ISO14001 documented systems

• Manage all direct labor including maintenance technicians as well as toolmakers.

• Working knowledge of Beckhoff, Twin CAT and Wintress Press Controls

• Help manage Safety Performance Measurables such as Incident Rate, Monthly Inspection Results and EOS scores
