Medical Director - Cambridge, MD

VCA Choptank Animal Hospital in Cambridge, Maryland is seeking a highly experienced Veterinarian to lead our tenured DVM team as Medical Director .

We've been serving the community for over 35 years! We offer General Practice as well as same day sick and dedicated surgery days. We have digital radiography, ultrasound and lab on site.

Full time veterinarian hours are flexible based on doctor and hospital needs.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated veterinarian to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like a practice owner. Plus, you'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed.

Cambridge is in the heart of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The local area runs along the Underground Railroad and boasts both scenic views and sporting from fishing, hunting, to water sports. A short trip (about an hour) will take you to Ocean City or Rehoboth Beach where you can find boardwalks, shopping and entertainment. We are in easy distance to Annapolis and Baltimore for more activities!
