Do you have a strong sense for project management for technical projects? Are you the go to person to translate the needs of corporate into tangible actions for the site? Great, let's talk! As a Manufacturing Innovation Project Manager, you are an expert in food processing equipment (think cookers, mills, and food dryers) and are able to guide several priorities into one. It's a strong mix of project management, technical expert, and customer needs specifications. Ready for the challenge?

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Being the Expert - Seek to understand attributes of raw material/package materials in addition to process changes and their effect on quality, production, and compliance with corporate standards.

• Partnering with Operations Leadership - Support Plant Operations managers with improvement project implementation and will directly supervise teams consisting of both salaried and hourly team members as well as contracted service providers

• Collaborating Cross Functionally - Flex your communication skills as you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of projects, working closely with innovation, food technologists, suppliers and others as needed.

• Training and Coaching - D evelop and train production staff using plans developed by the Plant Leadership as well as maintaining the documentation

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Strong Project Management skills and ability to work effectively within tight deadlines

• Familiar with plant operations and manufacturing production areas. Experience with processing equipment a PLUS

• Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Effective analytical and communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse team.

• Knowledge of standard cost systems, cost analysis, and general accounting procedures and controls
