    Role Description :

    Salesforce is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all aspects of large scale post-merger integration (M&A) / operating model / business transformation projects in the Finance - Revenue Operations Quote to Cash space. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of Salesforce's Quote to Cash Strategy & Operations team.

    This person will be responsible for making critical decisions on crucial projects to improve and scale our business operations. The candidate will manage project timelines and deliverables, diagram as-is and to-be processes, gather and document requirements, make strategic decisions, and provide status updates to executives.

    The position reports to the Director, M&A Quote to Cash Strategy & Operations within Finance - Revenue Operations.

    Your Impact :

    • Represent the Quote to Cash Strategy & Operations team on large scale projects

    • Manage all aspects of the Quote to Cash workstream on the integration of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions from post-close through integration

    • Manage projects including scoping, resourcing, project planning, and implementation

    • Coordinate/facilitate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and follow-up on actions

    • Accountable for the successful identification and execution of a critical sequence of activities and milestones to achieve the business' desired outcomes

    • Accountable to incorporate the acquired entities systems, processes, and policies into the core business' standards

    • Own prioritization (and escalation/resolution) in partnership with IT on building system enhancements from ideation to deployment

    • Manage the documentation of as-is/to-be processes, fit-gap, and definition of business requirements

    • Act as a subject matter expert and arbiter for Salesforce Quote to Cash systems, processes, and policies

    • Apply subject matter expertise to resolve routine and complex business issues within established guidelines, manage escalations, seek approval as needed, and implement appropriate alternatives

    • Provide status updates to leadership and maintain issue logs and project risks

    • Appropriate frame problems / issues through written/verbal communication that allow Q2C / Integration leadership understand and achieve resolution

    • Appropriately track and escalate tasks/issues risks

    • Work with internal users to obtain feedback on improving systems and working with IT to deliver requests

    Minimum Requirements :

    • 7+ years of experience related to CPQ, Sales Operations, Order Management, Provisioning, Invoicing/Billing systems

    • 5+ years of management consulting experience

    • 5+ years of project management experience

    • 5+ years in complex business and technical environments (technical functional knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, CPQ)

    • Solid understanding of business and quote to cash operating models supporting the technology industry (including saas/cloud and on-prem software)

    • Quote to Cash experience across all project phases, from initial visioning and goal setting, design and implementation, to post go-live support.

    • Working knowledge of Lucidchart or other process documentation software

    • Working knowledge of Smartsheet or other project management software

    • Extremely structured, organized, and attention to detail

    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Drive skills

    Preferred Requirements

    • PMP & Six Sigma certifications are a plus

    • eTom and ITIL certifications are a plus

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including presenting and deck work

    • Able to think independently and consider cross-functional and upstream/downstream impacts

    • Structured thinking and problem solving - ability to break down complex problems into composite parts and a naturally inquisitive mindset to properly investigate and resolve problems

    • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results

    • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quickly

    • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative

    • Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment

    • Structured, organized, and a keen sense of urgency, and self-motivated

    • Strategic forward-thinking business operations thinker, supported by deep analytical capabilities and a data driven approach

    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
