    We're looking for an experienced marketer to own the Acquisition strategy for our Multinational & Global Accounts, with a focus on segmentation strategy, multi-channel approach & relevant content, in addition to robust account-based marketing programs.

    The Manager, ABM & Strategic Accounts will need to dig deep to identify specific target pain points, and partner closely with Multinational and Global Commercial teams to drive contact generation, pipeline progression and revenue through account-targeted programs.

    This role will be a critical resource in creating opportunities to engage with strategic accounts through multiple channels and in tandem with digital, demand, partner, and field marketing teams. Will own the overall responsibility for planning and executing a multitude of marketing programs - including but not limited to digital content marketing, customer events, account intelligence gathering and sales enablement - to a group of strategic accounts in support of sales goals.

    The role includes one direct report (shared) to support campaign execution.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own and drive our ABM strategy to maximize pipeline through Account-Based marketing efforts

    • Leverage a multi-channel approach and ABM platform to engage key personas & specific key verticals of targeted accounts to build awareness and engagement

    • Define Content needed for MN/GCG Marketing Strategy and work with appropriate teams (Content and Operations) to ensure that it is feasible and can be executed within specified timeline

    • Design and oversee implementations of intent and stage-based campaigns for tiered target accounts

    • Work with Commercial stakeholders to define KPIs that measure overall success; collaborate with Operations & Analytics teams to create reports; communicate results to stakeholders; identify clear opportunities for improvement

    • Oversee and orchestrate the buying of digital media needed to support ABM strategy and gauge effectiveness within our analytics platform (Cortex)

    • Working with Marketing Operations and Global Sales Enablement to identify and fill gaps in training related to SFDC process

    • Work with extended teams and stakeholders not limited to Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Content Development, and Digital Marketing teams on the overall end-to-end experience for premier account

    Qualifications:

    • Experience leading ABM initiatives and driving ABM campaigns at scale for large enterprise organizations

    • Experience using Salesforce, ABM platforms (6Sense), marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and sales engagement tools

    • 3+ years experience working in Account-Based Marketing or Demand Generation, preferably in the B2B space

    • A passion for driving the right customer experience

    • Excellent communications and project management skills, including strong ad copy & messaging skills (ad design experience a plus)

    • Strong data analysis skills
