Maintenance Technician

Description:

• Ensure operation of CNC Machinery, press brakes, lathes, and mills by completing preventative maintenance based on specifications

• Inspect, operate, or test CNC and manual machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and repair as necessary

• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access defective parts and remove them

• Utilize hoist cranes, and hand and power tools on a daily basis

• Perform routine preventative maintenance

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and physical structure of all production facilities

• Measure, cut, and install wiring and conduit

• Install and configure electrical equipment

• Troubleshoot electrical components up to 575v and mechanical components

• Install, repair, and inspect various industrial equipment
