We are looking for a hard working Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gates/ Chili! You will be responsible for grounds-keeping and general building maintenance. In addition, there may also be Sunday work where you help out the warehouse team during their peak season. The hours could vary from 6:30am - 3pm, 7am - 3:30pm or 7:30am-4pm, Sunday thru Friday. Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance Professionals are responsible for basic maintenance and repair of the facility, including interior, exterior, and vital systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Individuals should prepare to field work request tickets through a CMMS and respond to the general everyday needs of facilities upkeep. Groundskeeping and building maintenance are the main duties.
