Our client, and industrial services company is seeking a maintenance manager to lead the team in their 24/7 operation. This is a hands on role with management of multiple supervisors, mechanics, and other union workers. While challenging at times, this is a fantastic opportunity for a next step for a skilled maintenance supervisor to continue to grow within their field and contribute to the success of this organization. salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversees approximately 3 maintenance supervisors, 30 mechanics and porters

• Maintains the preventive maintenance programs

• Aids the maintenance management team in performing diagnostic troubleshooting

• Monitors quality of repairs

• Oversees building and physical plant repair issues

• Maintains porter schedule to maximize cleaning effectiveness of plant and machinery

• Adheres to safety programs

The essential functions of this role include

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
