$30-$35/hour

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift. Pay ranges from $30-$35/hour starting out based on experience. Great benefits, opportunity for overtime.

Aerotek currently has job openings for maintenance technician positions in the NC area. A candidate must have 3 + years of maintenance experience . Our clients provide weekly pay checks, career growth, and a great work culture.

• Troubleshooting gearboxes, conveyor systems, rollers, barring, pumps, and mixing equipment.

• Diagnosing and maintaining the furnace and accessory equipment for forging the metal.

• Electrical troubleshooting including diagnosing faults with a multimeter, reading a schematic, and hooking up motors.

• Minor fabrication of equipment including tack welding of small parts and minor machining.

• Following all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Work Environment/Shifts:

• Now hiring mainly for 1st and 3rd shift.

• Candidates must be open to working either day or night shift.

• Hours will be on a 12hr rotation schedule.

• Weekly bonuses based on attendance/hours weeks.

• Unlimited overtime available (x1.5 for 40+ hours and x1.5 for Sundays/holidays).
