Job Description

Aerotek of Des Moines is hiring for Machine Operators to monitor and manage various equipment in a production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the machine runs properly, responding promptly to alarms, and making necessary adjustments. This role involves checking the control room computer for any problems and faults.

Hard Skills

• Experience as a machine operator

• Ability to monitor and adjust equipment and dryer conditions

• Proficiency in identifying and troubleshooting equipment problems

• Familiarity with production workflows

Work Environment
